Executive leadership training that changes how you lead, not just what you know

"I walked in expecting slides and theory. Instead, I spent three days confronting real decisions I'd been avoiding at work. By week four, my direct reports noticed the shift before I did." — Rachael Trent, operations director, logistics sector
"The programme forced me to articulate my leadership blind spots out loud. Uncomfortable, yes. Worth it? I promoted two people I'd been overlooking within three months." — Daniel Okafor, VP of engineering, fintech

Is this the right moment for you?

Most executives arrive at our door after a specific trigger. A reorganisation they didn't expect. A board conversation that went sideways. A feeling that their instincts, reliable for years, have started to lag behind the complexity of their role.

We don't run open-enrolment seminars. Every cohort is assembled deliberately, mixing industries so that participants can't hide behind jargon. If your calendar is packed with operational firefighting and you can't protect three days for deep work, this isn't the right time. If you can, read on.

Our facilitators have held C-suite and board positions themselves. They've made the mistakes they teach you to anticipate. That difference matters when the room gets honest.

Readiness signals we look for

  • You manage managers, not just individual contributors
  • You've hit a ceiling that more hours won't solve
  • Your organisation is growing faster than your leadership habits
  • You want candid feedback from people outside your company
  • You're willing to be uncomfortable for a few days

What we actually train

Six capability areas, each grounded in observable behaviour change rather than abstract competency labels.

Strategic decision architecture

How to structure high-stakes decisions when data is incomplete, stakeholders disagree, and timing is uncertain. We practise with live case reconstructions drawn from participants' own organisations.

"The decision-mapping exercise alone saved me from a bad acquisition." — Cohort 11 participant

Influence without authority

Board dynamics, cross-functional negotiation, and the subtle mechanics of persuading peers who don't report to you. Role-play sessions use real org charts brought by participants.

Team calibration

Identifying which of your direct reports need coaching, which need challenge, and which need a different role entirely. We work through talent-review simulations that mirror quarterly cycles.

Communication under pressure

Crisis statements, restructuring announcements, and the five-minute hallway conversation that shapes morale more than any town hall. Filmed practice with playback review.

"Watching myself on camera was brutal, but I rewrote my restructuring speech that evening and delivered it with confidence the following Monday." — VP, healthcare

Personal operating rhythm

Energy management, delegation habits, and the weekly architecture that separates reactive leaders from strategic ones. Each participant leaves with a documented rhythm they trial for 30 days post-programme.

Succession and legacy thinking

Building the leadership layer beneath you so the organisation doesn't depend on your presence. This module is often the most confronting for founders and long-tenured executives.

Your path through the programme

1

Diagnostic call

A 40-minute conversation where we assess fit and understand your current leadership context.

2

Pre-work package

360-degree feedback collection, self-assessment, and a short case study to prepare before the intensive.

3

Three-day intensive

In-person sessions at a private venue. Small group, no laptops, full immersion.

4

30-day integration

Two coaching calls and a peer-accountability pairing to embed new habits in your real work.

5

Review and next steps

A structured debrief measuring observable change, with an invitation to advanced modules if appropriate.

Why we keep groups small

Sixteen is our hard cap. Twelve is our preference. When a room holds more than sixteen senior leaders, the conversation shifts from candid exchange to performance. People start presenting rather than thinking out loud.

Small groups also mean our facilitators can track individual development across the three days. They notice when someone deflects a hard question, when body language contradicts words, when a participant is ready to be pushed further. That level of attention disappears at scale.

We've turned down corporate requests to run the programme for forty people at once. The format breaks. We'd rather run three cohorts than one diluted session.

Two ways to engage

Open cohort

Join a mixed-industry group of 12 to 16 leaders. You'll gain perspectives you can't get inside your own organisation. Cohorts run three times a year: January, May, and September.

Investment: disclosed during the diagnostic call, based on seniority level and whether your organisation sponsors the place.

Best for: individual executives, newly appointed directors, founders transitioning from operator to strategist.

Private engagement

We design a bespoke programme for your leadership team, using your organisation's real challenges as case material. Minimum group of six, maximum of fourteen.

Typical duration: two to four days, preceded by stakeholder interviews and followed by 60 days of coaching support.

Best for: executive teams preparing for a transformation, post-merger integration, or succession planning.

The method behind the discomfort

Our approach borrows from clinical supervision, military after-action reviews, and improvisational theatre. That combination sounds odd until you experience it. Clinical supervision teaches reflective practice. After-action reviews strip ego from analysis. Improv builds the capacity to respond when the script disappears.

Each day of the intensive follows a rhythm: morning theory block (short, never more than 45 minutes of input), followed by extended practice sessions where participants work through scenarios drawn from their own professional lives. Afternoons shift to peer coaching triads, where leaders practise giving and receiving feedback with structured protocols.

Evenings are unstructured. Some cohorts continue debating over dinner. Others need silence. Both responses are healthy.

The 30-day integration phase matters as much as the intensive itself. Habits formed in a safe room collapse under operational pressure unless they're deliberately reinforced. That's why every participant is paired with a peer from the cohort and scheduled for two one-to-one coaching calls with a facilitator.

Diverse executives in focused small-group discussion

"I've done leadership programmes at two business schools. This was the first time I felt genuinely challenged rather than entertained. The peer coaching triad became my most trusted sounding board for the next year."

— Kwame Asante, chief commercial officer, energy sector
